Compensation for affected farmers after a month
The Royal Decree was issued with the approval of a law amending the Agricultural Risk Management Fund Law of 2020.
The law expands the compensation process for farmers who are not affiliated with the fund, to include in addition to frost the remaining agricultural risks, in accordance with principles, conditions and ceilings determined according to a system issued for this purpose.
