Over the last four years, Jordan´s exports of melons remained stable, due to its excellent quality and taste. Bahrain and Kuwait are currently the main export markets for Jordan.

Apart from many smaller scale producers, who mainly sell in the local markets, one exporter stands out: Yousef Abu Shammat and Partners. This company manages the entire chain from production to exports.

Yousef Abu Shamat agricultural company was established in the 90s. We are specialized in all kinds of fruits and vegetables especially watermelon and melon. We export to most GCC companies.
