Over the last four years, Jordan´s exports of dates is booming due to its excellent quality, taste and variety of dates that are unique to the region. UAE, France, KSA, UK, Turkey and Qatar are currently the main export markets for Jordan.

Apart from many smaller scale producers, who mainly sell in the local markets, two exporters stand out: Abu Ayyash Farms and Jordan River Dates. Both companies manage the entire chain from production to exports.

‘Jordan River Dates’ is a leading family owned agricultural firm specialized in growing, cultivating, packing and exporting the finest and first-class quality of Medjool and Barhi dates. Jordan River Dates has more than 30 years of experience in the agricultural sector in Jordan. They currently grow 5000 palm trees with a vision of targeting 8000 tree mark over the 900,000 sqm.
